At the end of the bridge that leads to Venice you will find a sign "Tronchetto ferry-boat per il Lido". The ferry leaves every 50 minutes. and the journey takes 25 minutes. Disembarking from the ferry, keep right along the lagoon for about 500 meters up to the height of the Votive Temple. Behind the Temple is the Hotel.

Every 20 minutes a boat leaves (Line 51), which reaches the Lido quickly (45 minutes), or the vaporetto n. 1 if you prefer a slower fascinating crossing on the Grand Canal (travel time more than an hour). Once off the vaporetto, cross Piazzale Santa Maria Elisabetta and walk along the Gran Viale for 150 meters, the hotel is on the left.

The Municipality of Venice has introduced a new tourist tax which will apply to day-trippers. Those who are spending a night or more in Venice will be exempt from the fee but will have to register their stay online on this website: cda.ve.it/en/
Here is the procedure to get the exemption:
After that you will receive a voucher with a QR code to show to authorities at the city’s main access points if you are asked.
This registration will be necessary on these red days marked on the calendar:
Register even if your departure falls on one of these days because your exemption will be valid until midnight of the departure day.
Important: you are not exempt from the payment of the city tax of €3.50 per person per night. The above-mentioned fee, however, concerns access to Venice and guests staying in an accommodation facility are exempt after registration.
